This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how YoLink subscriptions purchased via Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) may be cancelled and when refunds may apply. It should be read with the Subscription & Billing Terms and Paddle’s buyer terms presented at checkout.

1. Merchant of Record

Paddle is the seller of record for paid YoLink plans. Invoices, VAT/tax handling and primary payment disputes are managed by Paddle according to its policies and applicable consumer law. YoLink provides the digital service; billing operations run through Paddle.

2. EU consumer 14-day withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK (as applicable) purchasing online, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the distance contract under the Consumer Rights Directive, unless you expressly request immediate performance of digital content/services and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right where permitted by law. At checkout, Paddle may collect such acknowledgements. Where the right still applies and you have not waived it lawfully, contact Paddle’s support channels and/or support@yolink.es within 14 days of purchase with your order reference.

3. Cancellation of renewals

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your YoLink account billing settings or via Paddle’s customer portal/links in receipts, so that the subscription does not renew for the next period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current paid term unless a refund right applies.

4. Discretionary / goodwill refunds

Outside statutory rights, YoLink or Paddle may offer goodwill refunds in limited cases (duplicate charges, clear service failure attributable to us). Requests: support@yolink.es with order ID, email used at checkout and reason. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

5. Non-refundable situations (illustrative)

  • Renewal periods already started where statutory withdrawal does not apply or was waived lawfully.
  • Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy leading to suspension.
  • Change of mind after extensive use of paid features beyond trial (subject to mandatory law).
  • Third-party failures outside YoLink/Paddle reasonable control.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Timing depends on banks/card networks. Taxes are handled per Paddle’s invoicing.

7. Contact

Billing help: support@yolink.es. Legal: legal@yolink.es. Also review Paddle’s help centre for MoR purchases.
