Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using YoLink Services (short links, QR codes, YoPage, analytics, UTM, accounts). It forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension, termination and reports to authorities or rights holders.

1. Prohibited activities

Phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, command-and-control, or any cyber-attack facilitation.
Fraud, scams, deceptive marketing, unauthorised card testing or payment abuse.
Illegal content under EU/Spanish law, including CSAM, terrorist content, or content that incites violence.
Infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or other IP/personality rights.
Spam: bulk unsolicited messaging that uses YoLink links or pages as the primary payload.
Circumventing plan limits, security controls, bot detection or billing systems.
Harvesting personal data without lawful basis or using YoLink to track individuals unlawfully.
Impersonating YoLink, Paddle or third parties in a misleading way.

2. Short links and QR

Destination URLs must be lawful and not solely designed to evade filters. You must not cloaking-redirect users to different content based on user-agent in a deceptive manner for fraud. Preview bots must receive consistent, non-malicious responses.

3. YoPage content

YoPage publishers are responsible for all text, images, embeds and linked destinations. Adult content, if any is ever permitted by future policy, must comply with law and age-gating; currently follow Content Moderation Policy defaults.

4. Reporting

Report abuse to abuse@yolink.es with URLs, screenshots and context. See Content Moderation Policy for illegal content notices under the DSA framework.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, disable links, require remediation, or terminate accounts. We may preserve evidence for legal compliance. Contact: legal@yolink.es · abuse@yolink.es.
