This notice is addressed to people who open a YoPage (mobile landing page) or follow a short link / QR hosted on YoLink infrastructure. YoPages are created by independent YoLink customers (“Publishers”). YoLink ([RAZÓN SOCIAL / CIF / DIRECCIÓN]) provides the hosting and analytics technology.
1. Two roles
- The Publisher usually decides why analytics are collected on their page and what content you see — they are typically the controller of visitor personal data related to their campaign.
- YoLink processes technical data to deliver the page, measure clicks/redirects and secure the platform, acting as processor for Publishers under our DPA and/or as controller for platform security logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Data that may be processed
When you visit a YoPage or short link, we and/or the Publisher may process IP address, user-agent, approximate location, referrer, timestamps, page interactions and cookie identifiers if non-essential cookies were consented to on yolink.es marketing pages. Destination sites after redirect have their own policies.
3. Consent and cookies
Marketing/analytics cookies on the main YoLink site require consent as described in the Cookie Policy. Minimal short-link bot previews do not show a cookie banner. Publisher pages should present any additional consent required for their own tracking.
4. Your choices
Contact the Publisher identified on the YoPage for content or campaign questions. For YoLink platform privacy: privacy@yolink.es. To report illegal or abusive pages: abuse@yolink.es.
