This Cookie Policy explains how YoLink (https://yolink.es), operated by [RAZÓN SOCIAL / CIF / DIRECCIÓN], uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and logged-in product interfaces. It complements our Privacy Policy and complies with ePrivacy rules and Spanish LSSI guidance on cookies.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and SDKs. They help remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure performance and — only with consent where required — support analytics or marketing.
2. How we use cookies
- Strictly necessary: authentication session, CSRF protection, load balancing, cookie-consent storage, security. These do not require consent under applicable rules but are disclosed here.
- Preferences: language or UI choices you select.
- Analytics (if enabled and consented): aggregated usage metrics to improve YoLink. Provider placeholders: [ANALYTICS PROVIDER / TOOL].
- Marketing (if enabled and consented): [MARKETING PROVIDER PLACEHOLDER]. Not loaded until consent via our CookieService / banner.
3. Consent and control
Non-essential cookies load only after you grant consent through our banner or preference centre. You may withdraw or change consent at any time. Browser settings can also block cookies; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break login or security features.
4. Duration
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last for the period indicated in the consent tool (typically from a few hours up to 13 months for analytics, subject to configuration). Exact lists and durations are maintained in our cookie inventory / admin settings.
5. Third parties
Third-party cookies, if any, are set by the providers named in the consent UI and Subprocessors list. Those providers may process data under their own policies. Verification meta tags required for Search Console–type services are treated as necessary/always-load where configured as such.
6. Short links and YoPage previews
Minimal bot/preview HTML for short links does not load our marketing cookie banner. End-user redirects and customer YoPages may collect technical logs needed for analytics you configure as controller — see Privacy Policy and YoPage Visitor Notice.
