Content Moderation Policy

This Content Moderation Policy describes how YoLink reviews, restricts and removes illegal or harmful content on short links, QR destinations we host metadata for, and YoPage UGC, aligned with the spirit of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) for intermediary services. 1. Scope

Applies to content stored or transmitted via YoLink at a customer’s request (hosting/caching of YoPage materials, link metadata, preview scrapes). We are not the publisher of third-party destination websites after a user leaves YoLink via redirect.

2. Illegal content

We prohibit content that is illegal under EU/Spanish law, including but not limited to CSAM, terrorist content, clear fraud/phishing payloads hosted on YoPage, and IP-infringing materials after valid notice. See also Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright Notice.

3. How to report

Email abuse@yolink.es with the exact YoLink URL(s), description of illegality, your contact details and any evidence (screenshots, timestamps).
For copyright claims, follow the Copyright Notice procedure.
Authorities may use the same channel or legal@yolink.es for formal orders.

4. Our process

We acknowledge actionable notices within a reasonable time, assess the report, and may remove, disable or geo-restrict content, suspend accounts, or request clarification. Manifestly unfounded or abusive notices may be rejected. We aim for transparency statements as our compliance programme matures.

5. User counter-notices

If your content was restricted and you believe the action was mistaken, contact support@yolink.es or legal@yolink.es with reasons. We may reinstate where lawful and appropriate.

6. Proactive measures

We may use automated signals (abuse scores, malware URL feeds, rate limits) and human review. Automation can err; humans remain accountable for significant decisions where required.
