1. Categories collected

We may collect identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial information (plan, purchase history via Paddle), internet/activity data (clicks, device signals), and professional information you provide. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for account security (e.g., password credentials stored hashed).

2. Purposes and sources

Sources: you, your devices, Paddle at checkout, and service providers. Purposes: provide Services, security, billing facilitation, customer support, and improve the product as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Sale / share

YoLink does not sell personal information for money. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as a primary business model. If non-essential advertising cookies are ever enabled with consent, review the Cookie Policy and use opt-out controls.

4. Your CCPA/CPRA rights

Know/access categories and specific pieces of personal information.
Delete personal information (subject to exceptions).
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of sale/sharing if applicable.
Limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
Non-discrimination for exercising rights.

5. How to exercise

Email privacy@yolink.es with “California Privacy Request”, your account email and request type. We will verify your identity and respond within statutory timelines. Authorised agents must provide proof of authorisation.
