YoLink Services (accounts, short links, QR, YoPage, analytics, subscriptions) are intended for users who are at least 16 years old in the European Union, reflecting GDPR rules on children’s consent for information society services, unless a Member State sets a lower age between 13 and 16 and you lawfully qualify under that local rule with parental authorisation where required.

1. Not directed to children

We do not knowingly market to or collect personal data from children below the applicable digital age of consent. If you believe a child has created an account, contact privacy@yolink.es and we will take reasonable steps to delete the account and related data.

2. Account holders and Publishers

By registering you represent that you meet these age requirements and have capacity to agree to the Terms of Service. Organisations must ensure only eligible individuals access the account.

3. YoPage audiences

Publishers must not target YoPages primarily at children or collect children’s data through YoLink without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Publishers remain responsible for their audience targeting.

4. Outside the EU

Where you access YoLink from other regions, you must meet the higher of 16 years or the minimum age required in your country to use online SaaS tools without parental consent.
